MONDAY, MARCH 7 @ 6:30 P.M IN WILLETT HALL
We are pleased to have Elizabeth Carter, an attorney with Hill, Hill, Carter on campus. Elizabeth will share with us about today’s young people and how you can help your child navigate the cyber world. As our fifth graders approach middle school, we as parents need to inform ourselves on the dangers of internet usage. This meeting is a must attend event! For more information check out the Trinity website.
Monday folders have 3rd quarter grades attached.
Friday is the Science Fest! Be sure to come and enjoy all of the activities for the second half of the day.
Spring Break begins March 14th.
Math -
We will continue with multiplication timed test every Friday. We will take our 3rd timed test this Friday, and all three of the tests taken will be averaged for one timed test grade. So far our scores are improving!
Chapter 12 2-digit divisor is our focus for one week. I plan to practice dividing with the 2 digit divisor and taking one daily grade only on this skill at the end of the week. After spring break we will begin Chapter 15, Number Theory.
Science -
We will continue with Chapter 15 and focus on lessons 3 & 4. I hope to take a daily grade on these two lessons before Friday. After spring break we will begin Matter, Chapter 14
Social Studies -
We will finish up Chapter 7 with a daily grade on Lessons 1,2, & 3 at the end of this week.
Also, we will have the Mac Lab on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday to work on our American Revolution project. Look for more information on Monday.
